Testimonials

"I am in a relationship with a borderline. I was at my wits end and in so much pain. I was so confused. Then I purchased and read A.J. Mahari's 3 Ebooks for Non Borderlines and I found her amazing first-hand knowledge and insight life-changing and so emotionally freeing. I feel like I owe my emotional peace and freedom to you A.J., thanks so much for all you do and all you share to help others."

-- Mike Miller, Chicago, U.S.A.

"A.J., your ebook about Verbal Abuse helped me to realize so much. I needed to know that I was placing myself in danger and that verbal abuse is not something to minimize. I also needed to know that toxic relating isn't love. Thanks so much for writing and making that ebook available."

-- Duke P., Ireland

"A.J.'s Ebook and Audio Program for Non Borderlines - The Dilemma on The Other Side of BPD was a life-saver for me. From both the ebook and the audio program I learned so much about BPD that I still needed to understand so that I could make sense out of the chaos and turmoil of a relationship I was in and the pain of it all. This information helped me come to terms with the reality that love wasn't really what I thought it was. Thanks so much A.J.!"

Recognize and Remove Toxic People From Your Life

In this 90 minute audio, (which also includes a worksheet to get you started along with many reflection exercises in the audio itself) Life Coach and Toxic Relationship Coach, A.J. Mahari, talks about how to identify, recognize, and then remove toxic people from your life and why this is so important for you and your mental and physical health. Mahari also talks about how, often, people have many toxic traits themselves, get involved with other toxic people and that in these cases change is more complex and often requires her coaching expertise for people to gain more awareness into their own issues which will help them break free from toxic relating and change from being a person with toxic traits to someone who further develops healthier traits,

People in toxic relating, relationships, or toxic relational dynamics do not always realize how it changes them and how reactionary and toxic they can become in response to the damaging experience of relating to toxic people in your life. Toxic people, that is to say, people with emotional woundedness, lack of inter-personal skills, abandonment wounds and so forth, do not know how to relate in mutually reciprocal boundary respecting healthy ways.

People tell you who they are, as you tell others who you are, most notably just by the things you or others say and do, how people choose to act and/or react. More people than not in our world today fit the criteria of having enough traits of what it means to be a toxic person that this is something most people will have to confront and learn to cope more effectively with in order to not be in emotionally chaotic, painful, hurtful, and damaging relationships, friendships, and relational dynamics.

Quotes From A.J. Mahari

"The central source of negativity in BPD is what I call the core wound of abandonment. It is the abandonment wound that is the foundation of the black-and-white all-or-nothing thinking that perpetuates the borderline one-sided and pervasive negative experience in life. This negativity in those with BPD blocks them from the experience of hope. Hope is a central ingredient necessary for getting on the road to recovery."

-- A.J. Mahari in her Audio Program, "Finding Hope From The Polarized Negativity of BPD"

"Are you confused? Are you in pain? Do you find yourself overly-focused on the person with BPD? Are you trying to make sense out of the borderline's shifting moods or contradictory behaviour? I have been there. I know what it takes to break free on the other side of BPD. Breaking free from the BPD maze means getting back in touch and in tune with yourself."

-- A.J. Mahari in her Audio Program, "Breaking Free From The BPD Maze - Recovery For Non Borderlines"

"What is in the way - is the way. If you have Borderline Personality Disorder it is the fundamental absence of a known self that sits at the very core of your pain, anger, and your rage. It is your rage that stands between your borderline pain and suffering and your recovery. Your lack of a known and defined self is what is in your way."

-- A.J. Mahari in her Ebook, "Rage And BPD"
