Testimonials

"If you want to know more about Borderline Personality Disorder, as a borderline, or non borderline, I totally recommend that you buy A.J. Mahari's 3 Core Wound of Abandonment Ebooks. I have searched all over the web, read everything I could, including lots of other books and nothing was even close to as helpful to me as A.J.'s insightful explanation of abandonment in BPD. Finally, I understand.Thank you A.J. for the incredible gift of the insight you share that you learned through your own life experience."

-- Katy Gilchrist, Alberta, Canada

"I would highly recommend A.J. Mahari as life coach especially for those who are non borderline. I worked with A.J. over the course of 6 months as I struggled to end my relationship with my BPD girl friend. A.J. was compassionate, supportive, and so patient with me. I don't think I'd be where I am today without A.J.'s support."

-- Marty Green, Ontario, Canada

"I totally recommend that anyone who wants to really understand BPD buy A.J. Mahari's ebooks and audio programs. Along with all her stuff on the web they are even more insightful and informative. After purchasing A.J.'s products I did some life coaching with her too. A.J. doesn't just write about BPD, she has lived it. She has lived both sides of it. She is an amazing life coach too. With A.J.'s support I am making my way through the pain and grief of having loved someone with BPD and coming to terms with the reasons for the relationship and my need to let go."

1 - 60 minute Phone Life Coaching Session with A.J. Mahari to explore the options that you have in dealing with issues or concerns you have about either your own codependency or the codependence of someone close to you in your life. Codependence is often at the heart of many dysfunctional and painful relationships and ways of relating.

Are you at a cross-roads? Do you know that something in your life isn't working the way you need it to or had hoped it would and you know you need to examine this? Do you have relational difficulties? Do you feel overwhelmed? Do you feel lost? Do you need someone to talk to who will really listen to and focus on you?

Dysfunctional relationships, whether unfulfilling, or outrightly toxic, have at their center codependence, enmeshment, poor boundaries or  a lack of boundaries, healthy or otherwise that intensify and de-stablize relationships. Codepenent ways of relating demand too much. They are too intense. They are obstacles to healthy ways of relating. It is not healthy to try to meet all of your needs through or for someone else or to try to meet someone else's needs for them. There is such a thing as "caring too much". A type of "caring" that is really more about control. Control often for the sake of avoiding one's own pain and issues. Pain and issues that when addressed can set you free from painful codependent ways of relating.

A.J. Mahari is a very effective and compassionate life coach and strategist who can help you explore the process of any personal growth and change that you may well be seeking and want in your relationships and in your life.

Working with a A.J. in her role as a life coach can help you to identify ways of creating change in your life and/or ways to cope more effectively in the process of the many "endings" that are the new beginnings in your life. New beginnings that are seeking to increase your conscious awareness to the ever-unfolding process of further awakening to your own personal insight and personal enlightenment - one step at a time.

Please Note: Any purchased life coaching session(s) is (are) non-refundable.

Quotes From A.J. Mahari

"What is in the way - is the way. If you have Borderline Personality Disorder it is the fundamental absence of a known self that sits at the very core of your pain, anger, and your rage. It is your rage that stands between your borderline pain and suffering and your recovery. Your lack of a known and defined self is what is in your way."

-- A.J. Mahari in her Ebook, "Rage And BPD"

"Hope for change and recovery in a loved one with BPD often causes non borderlines to compulsively focus on the borderline and try to fix him or her in ways that only increase the pain, suffering, and confusion for the non borderline. When is hope really hope? When is hope false hope? I talk about the different faces and consequences of hope. Hope is often one of the biggest hooks and traps for the non borderline and I explain why."

-- A.J. Mahari in her Audio Program, "The Puzzle and Mystery of Hope on the Other Side of BPD"

"There are 10 Key Facts at the heart of Borderline Personality Disorder that every non borderline needs to understand. To begin facing the facts of BPD and what it means to the non borderline, you have to first know what the facts really are. Not just the traits that define BPD but the facts of what the experience is and why it is so painful for family members, loved ones, and relationship partners."

-- A.J. Mahari in her Audio Program, "Facing 10 Key Facts About BPD - For Non Borderlines"
