Choose an Item or Service
Browse our website to find the item or service you would like to purchase. Once you have found an item and are sure you would like to purchase that item click on the "Add To Cart" button to go ahead with your purchase.
All items available for purchase from Phoenix Rising Publications are digital electronic products that you download. They are not products that are sent through regular mail.
Add an Item or Service to Your Cart
To add an item to your cart simply click on the "Add To Cart" button next to the item/service that you intend to purchase. If you click on the "more information link" you can still add that item/service to your cart you just have to scroll down to the bottom of the description then click on the "Add To Cart" button.
You will notice that on some pages on the right side you will
see the shopping cart icon
with the information on what you have loaded into your cart. On
every page of this website in the top right corner there is a
shopping cart icon
for your convenience. You can click on that link at anytime to
visit your cart and/or to check out.

Your order will be processed using PayPal or a Credit Card. The ways you can pay for your purchase are displayed below:

Purchasing Your Item or Service - Checking Out
To complete your purchase, when you are sure you are ready to checkout, proceed to your cart, view all the items in your cart and make sure that those items are exactly what you would like to purchase.

Click on the "Proceed To Checkout button" in your cart. You will then be presented with a page that asks you to acknowledge that you understand and agree to the terms of sale. Our terms of sale ask that you check a box, to proceed with your purchase wherein you agree to our no-refund policy. Once you complete your purchase you will get an automated email with your download link and information and therefore, we consider that upon receipt of that and access to your purchase(s) you have "opened" and/or "used" the purchase and therefore we cannot extend refunds. Once you have checked the box and clicked on the "Proceed To Checkout" button you will see the screen below:
This is where you make the choice as to whether you want to pay with PayPal or a Credit Card.
If you are paying with PayPal simply login to your account in the space provided.
If you are paying with a Credit Card please fill out the form on that page and when you are finished click on the "Review Your Order and Continue button" for either method of payment, once you have passed this step, simply follow the instructions on the screen to complete your purchase.
My Order is Completed - What's Next?
Once you have completed the order process you will be sent an email from PayPal verifying your purchase and you will also receive an email from sales@phoenixrisingpublications.ca. This email from Phoenix Rising Publications will contain your login information so you can access your item(s) for download.

Note: Your login access is time-limited so please login right away to access your items and download them. If you don't see this email in your inbox please check your spam folder. If for any reason, after a few minutes, you do not see or receive this email in your spam folder please send an email to phoenixrisingpublications@yahoo.ca to retrieve your login information.
If you have purchased Touchstone Life Coaching Services your email will also contain your login information. Once you login to the system there will be instructions on scheduling your appointment(s) with A.J. Mahari.
Logging in to download your purchased item(s)
Once you have completed your purchase you will receive an email from sales@phoenixrisingpublications.ca which will include your login link and your username and password. If for any reason you do not receive this email, (be sure to check your spam folder just in case) please email us at phoenixrisingpublications(at)yahoo.ca and don't worry about the time-limited link we will make sure you get what you purchase. This is rarely a problem but from time to time, people do not (for whatever reason known only to cyberspace) receive their download information email. Once we are contacted we will get that to you in as timely a fahsion as we can. You can also access the login page by clicking on the "Login" link on the main menu bar at the top of each page on this site. It is important when typing in your username and password to type them exactly as they appear in your email. They are case sensitive. If you are cutting and pasting your username and password please be careful not to include a space at the beginning or end of either your username or password. If, for any reason, you have any difficulty logging in, please try again. To try again, first logout, and then log back in. The system is working fine but from time to time human error, such as typos, can mean that you aren't able to login in successfully on your first try. If after trying a few times you are still having any difficulty logging in please email us at phoenixrisingpublications(at)yahoo.ca and know that we will respond as soon as possible usually within 24 hours and during between the hours of 12pm Eastern to 7pm Eastern.
